FootballFusion has proven success with players on tours boasting over 10 year’s, hundreds of players and countless flights. Some of our success stories can be found in Ja Mau’u Ingham (Melbourne Victory), Hamish Watson (Wellington Phoenix), and Luke Adams (Derby).
Our head coaches lead by Paul Seaman have a wealth of experience and knowledge as top, professional coaches. Paul has played at the highest level, and been coaching for 15+ years in UK, NZ, and Australia with strong connections all over the world.
FootballFusion’s programmes are well-known in the UK and works closely with scholarship providers and talent scouts and agencies. Locally, FootballFusion is endorsed by Waikato Football Academy and its head coach, Mark Cossey, as well as Sam Kennedy, a top talent scout for USA colleges.
Our tours and programmes are stress-free and highly-rated by all who have participated. All programmes are well-organised and include all accommodation, travel, food and playing-related costs. Players also receive a full kit, training gear, kit bag and tracksuit.
Paul Seaman (Head Coach)
Paul has played and coached at the highest level for 20+ years with a wealth of experience taking players from NZ and Australia to play against top, pro and semi-pro clubs in the UK, later signing pro contracts and receiving scholarships in the USA.
Personal achievements: Founded Pulse Premier Football in the UK, 3x World Club Championships in Japan, first player in Oceania to score in WCC, 5x winner of NZFC, 2x winner Oceania, voted one of the best players of the decade by NZFC.
Mark Cossey (Coach)
Mark has also played and coached at the highest level, and is current coach within the Waikato Academy who are primary endorsers of FootballFusion’s programmes and tours.
Personal achievements: Represented New Zealand at international level (1988).
Other Coaching Staff
Also joining Paul on the tours are a number of interchanging, top-level coaches with strong connections to clubs abroad. These additional coaching staff will also increase visibility to potential pathways outside of the tour.
How long are the tours?
The tours are typically two weeks long, give or take a few days due to travelling arrangements.
Do I have to have played at a high level to participate?
We source players from all areas and abilities, with qualification being dependent on trial sessions usually held in local centres across New Zealand and Australia.
How much do the tours cost and what do I get?
The tours are typically priced individually, but range between $5,000 and $6,000 NZD. This includes all flights, travel, accommodation, food, and featured add-ons such as stadium tours etc.
Who are the tours for?
We cater these tours for all players aspiring to grow their skills through a once-in-a-lifetime hands-on experience. We have tours for both male and female players, as well as tours for different age groups.
I’m interested, how do I apply?
If you’ve found a tour you’d like to apply for, simply submit your application online here. We’ll contact successful applicants for a trial run, and invite successful players to join the tour. A deposit of $3,000 will be required to secure your place on the tour, followed by a contract outlining all terms and conditions.
